Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Sysstem, you accept these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of relevant changes by email and in the app. A major change may require you to re-accept the Terms at your next sign-in. The “last updated” date will always be visible.

Sysstem is a gamified personal-development tool: it helps you set goals, complete AI-generated missions, track RPG-style attributes, log moods and activity, and accompany you through Syss (our AI assistant).

Sysstem is NOT a medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, investment, tax, credit, or legal service. It is a personal-companionship tool. See §10.

You must be 18 or older to use Sysstem, and being 18 or older is a condition of holding an account. The account is personal and reserved for adults. By registering, you declare that you are at least 18.

When you register we ask for your date of birth solely to confirm you meet this minimum age (age assurance). If you are under 18 we will not create the account. How we handle this date is described in the Privacy Policy.

Declaring a false age or providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for us to suspend, terminate, or delete your account (see §14).

Once set, your date of birth cannot be changed to make you older; any correction requires you to verify your identity with us.

One account per person. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the security of your credentials. You can register with email or via Google / Apple.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Sysstem offers a free plan and paid plans with greater capacity.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play (or, where applicable, our payment processor) under their own terms.

Automatic renewal: unless you indicate otherwise, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price and for the duration shown at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time from your account settings in the relevant store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Billing renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Refunds are handled by the store (Apple / Google) per their policies. Prices may vary by region; we will show you the applicable price before you purchase.

You agree not to: use Sysstem for illegal purposes or to harm others; attempt to abuse, manipulate, or compromise the AI system (e.g., prompt injection, jailbreaking), which may result in suspension; access it in an automated way (scraping, bots) or circumvent technical limits; share your account or impersonate another person; or harass, abuse, or post unlawful content in the social and community features.

You may create and share content, including extreme or high-risk activities that are legal for adults (for example, adventure sports). In doing so, you assume full responsibility for the content you create and for the consequences of any activity that you or others choose to undertake based on it (see §8). You decide whether to act; Sysstem does not require or endorse such activities.

It is prohibited to create, share, or request content that: (a) is illegal or promotes illegal activities; (b) promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; (c) incites violence or harm to others; (d) involves or targets minors; (e) constitutes harassment, hate, or exploitation; or (f) infringes third-party rights. We apply reactive moderation: you can report content, and we may remove it and suspend accounts. Detailed rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

To report content that exploits or endangers a minor, or any other objectionable content, write to abuse@sysstem.ai. Such material is preserved and reported to the competent authorities as required by law, and we may suspend the responsible account.

You own your data and the content you create (logs, goals, bio, etc.).

You grant us a limited license to operate and improve the service: store, process, display back to you, and process your content through our AI pipeline to deliver the features. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

If you share content (Paths, goals, rituals, missions) or post public comments: you grant us a license to distribute and display your content and to let others adopt it. Copies adopted by other users persist even if you stop sharing.

You represent that the content is yours and lawful, and you agree to indemnify and hold Sysstem harmless against third-party claims arising from your content.

We apply reactive moderation: we may review, limit, or remove reported content or content that breaches these Terms.

Creator rewards (where applicable) are governed by the creator-program rules; earnings are private and anonymous content does not earn payouts.

Missions, rituals, goals, challenges, and Syss responses (whether AI-generated, proposed by Sysstem, or created by the community) are informational, voluntary suggestions.

They are generated or curated with AI support and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular situation. They are licensed for your personal use, with no warranty of originality or non-infringement, and do not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise).

Sysstem does not require you to take any action. You freely decide whether, how, and when to act. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of any suggestion for your circumstances before acting, and for the decisions you make.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of actions you choose to take based on a suggestion. This limitation does not apply to damages that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded (see §12).

The software, design, brand, Syss, and first-party curated content are owned by Diego Uribe Villalobos / Sysstem. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, modify, or exploit these elements without authorization.

Not financial advice. The financial features (debt tracking, income summaries, estimates, feasibility) are informational only and are not financial, investment, tax, or credit advice. We do not assess your creditworthiness or share your data with credit bureaus.

AI can be wrong. Verify important information before acting.

Sysstem is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make our best effort, without guaranteeing 100% availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the previous 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or zero if you use the free plan). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Consumer rights: nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law (including Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law) that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that consumer law grants you to bring an action before the authority or court of your domicile.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account (see the Privacy Policy §8). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, use the service unlawfully or abusively, declare a false age or falsify your date of birth, or for prolonged non-payment. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy (crypto-shredding).

Before any formal action, we will try to resolve the dispute in good faith by writing to support@sysstem.ai. If it is not resolved, §13 applies. Consumers retain the remedies the law grants them (including PROFECO in Mexico).

Severability: if a clause is invalid, the rest remains in force. Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Sysstem. Assignment: you may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign them in case of reorganization. Contact: support@sysstem.ai.
