Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Sysstem account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what we remove, and what we may keep.
Delete from the app
Open Sysstem, go to your Profile or Settings, and choose "Delete account". This permanently removes your account and starts deletion of your personal data.
Request without the app
If you can't access the app, email support@sysstem.ai from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We may verify your identity before proceeding.
What we delete
Your profile, goals, milestones, activity logs, moods, attributes, transcribed voice text, wearable-derived data and account credentials.
What we may keep
Limited records we are legally required to retain (for tax or fraud-prevention reasons), and anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
Under a legal obligation, two further things are not deleted immediately: material that appears to involve the sexual exploitation of a minor and the related account data (preserved and reported to the authorities for at least one year), and the reference to your identity- or age-verification session at our provider (for a limited period, for safety). How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Copies in routine backups are purged on our regular backup cycle.
