Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Sysstem account and your personal data at any time. This page explains how, what we delete, what we cannot delete, and how long it takes. Sysstem is operated by Diego Uribe Villalobos.
Before you start: cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. The subscription lives in the App Store or Google Play: if you delete your account without canceling it, the store will keep charging you. Cancel it first from your store's subscription settings.
Delete from the app
Open Sysstem and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Request without the app
If you cannot access the app, write to support@sysstem.ai from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We may verify your identity before proceeding.
What happens and when
The moment you request it, we destroy the unique key that encrypts your sensitive data (bio, conversations with Syss, logs, finances, moods). From then on it is unrecoverable, including in backups.
After 30 days we permanently delete your account and the rest of your data, including your photos and files.
During those 30 days you can reactivate your account by signing in to the app again, but what was encrypted with your key can no longer be recovered.
What we delete
Your profile and credentials, goals, milestones, missions, rituals, notes, activity logs, moods, attributes, conversations with Syss and the memory Syss built about you, transcribed voice text, wearable data, photos, and files.
Your Impulso balance, art packs, and syss currency are also lost with the account.
What we cannot delete or keep
Content other people adopted: their copies stay with them, without your name or profile.
Content already sent to AI providers: it remains subject to their own terms. DeepSeek may have retained it and offers no way to request its deletion; see the Privacy Notice §4 and §8.
Data we must keep by law: limited records for tax or fraud-prevention reasons; material that appears to involve the sexual exploitation of a minor and the associated account data, which are preserved and reported to the authorities for at least one year; and the reference to your identity or age verification session with our provider, for a limited period.
Anonymized data: usage events are kept without your identifier, so they no longer identify you.
